Thousands of Migrants Enter Ceuta, a Spanish Enclave, From Morocco

Thousands of migrants entered the Spanish enclave of Ceuta on Thursday by climbing fences or swimming. Spain mobilized its military to reinforce border security after 1,500 people arrived in recent days. Juan Jesús Vivas said, “We are in a situation of total humanitarian and social emergency” amid rising political tensions.
