Senate Confirms Jay Clayton to Lead U.S. Intelligence Community

The Senate confirmed Jay Clayton on Tuesday to lead the U.S. intelligence community in a 51 to 47 vote. Clayton replaced Bill Pulte, who recently cut many staff members. Senator Mark Warner said, "I came away from his confirmation process with serious reservations about whether he would be willing."
