Online written peer feedback on speaking performance: Learner perceptions and preferences

A study of twenty-nine tertiary-level students showed that online written peer feedback improved speaking performance. Participants used this method for four video presentations over an academic term. Results showed better fluency, vocabulary, and pronunciation. Students also developed positive attitudes, as they preferred expressive-approval feedback to help their learning process.
