Seal's 'exceptional cuteness' worth thousands

Neil the Seal caused $31,540.53 in damage during his 34-night stay in Clarence starting June 24. The council cleared the bill, citing his "exceptional cuteness" and tourism value. Mayor Brendan Blomeley said, "I hope he is given the space and time he needs" whenever he visits the shore again.
