eSafety commissioner takes Telegram to Federal Court over terror

Australia's eSafety commissioner started Federal Court proceedings against Telegram for failing to remove violent extremist content. Julie Inman Grant said, "We have alleged that Telegram has failed to detect, deter and disrupt pro-terror material."
