Commission for Children and Young People tables report on young offenders in parliament

The Commission for Children and Young People tabled a report on young offenders in parliament this morning. It showed children aged 10 to 14 reported being punched and choked by police. Many said these experiences made them more violent. The report urged the Victorian government to adopt a preventative approach.
