Victoria’s new premier Ben Carroll will not rule out redirecting Suburban Rail Loop funds to other projects. Speaking on Thursday, he said, “Every dollar of my government will be invested where it delivers the greatest value for Victorians.” He also flagged changes to laws regarding the right to work from home.
