Senior Victorian MPs quit parliament

Two senior Victorian Labor MPs, Lily D’Ambrosio and Harriet Shing, resigned from cabinet on Thursday. They said they will not contest the upcoming state election. This news came just days after Ben Carroll started as the new Premier. Mr Carroll said, "They have brought compassion, determination and a strong sense of purpose."
