Regional council hands maternal and child health service to state government

The City of Greater Bendigo will hand its maternal and child health service to the Victorian government by the end of the year. Chief executive Andrew Cooney said, "We think for the next stage of this service delivery, better service can be provided through the health system." Local parents worry.
