Hoteliers on pub spree ahead of 2032 Olympics

The Gold Coast Tavern in Queensland sold for close to $25 million to hotelier Joe Irvin. This deal shows how many investors started buying pubs ahead of the Brisbane 2032 Olympics. Irvin said the tavern was a nice "bolt-on" for his group, as he feels the state offers better growth.
