Representative Chuck Edwards announced Wednesday he is dropping his re-election bid in North Carolina. The decision followed a House Ethics Committee recommendation on Monday to censure him for "persistent unprofessional and inappropriate conduct towards two young female staffers." Edwards said he will finish his current term before leaving office soon.
