A US Marine Corps F-35B stealth fighter crashed in California on Friday, July 31. The pilot ejected safely and got treatment for non-life-threatening injuries. Witness Wade Lott said, "It just blew up, it was crazy." Many emergency vehicles reached the site where the jet fell near the Miramar air base.
