Youth Congress helpline receives over 3,000 calls from student protesters

The Indian Youth Congress helpline launched on July 27, 2026, got over 3,000 calls from student protesters. IYC president Uday Bhanu Chib said, "If any student faces legal action, the Youth Congress and the Congress party will stand with them." Many callers sought help after police used surveillance tools against them.
