NDRF deploys extra flood rescue team at Varanasi ghats for Shravan pilgrims

The 11th Battalion of the National Disaster Response Force deployed an extra flood rescue team at Varanasi ghats for Shravan pilgrims. The team uses motorboats and water ambulances to ensure safety during the Sawan Mela. Commanding officer Anoop Singh Bisht said, "The 11th Battalion is committed to ensuring the safe conduct."
