Delhi disaster mgmt officers get 100% remuneration hike, first since 2009

The Delhi government approved a 100% pay hike for disaster management officers on Sunday, the first increase since 2009. Chief Minister Rekha Gupta said, "the approved remuneration structure provides for an increase of up to 100% for these personnel." These officials manage emergency centres and coordinate critical safety drills across Delhi.
