Private investments to boost railway wheel manufacturing; India may turn a net exporter

Private sector investments are set to reshape India’s railway wheel manufacturing industry. New projects by Jupiter Wagons and Titagarh Rail Systems-Ramkrishna Forgings will boost domestic production over the next 2-3 years. Vivek Lohia said, "the economics of the business are finally turning favourable." This shift could make India a net exporter.
