Mindspace REIT's Q1 net operating income rises 28% to Rs 788 crore

Mindspace Business Parks REIT reported a 27.8% rise in net operating income to Rs 788 crore for the quarter ended June. The firm saw strong leasing and added new assets. Ramesh Nair said, "The performance reflects the strength of our portfolio, the quality of assets, and disciplined execution."
