Mahindra Lifespace doubles down on premium homes to chase record FY27 sales

Mahindra Lifespace Developers is shifting focus to premium homes to reach a record ₹4,500-5,000 crore sales target in FY27. The firm moved away from affordable housing to chase higher margins. Managing director Amit Kumar Sinha said, "Systematically, we are moving up the value chain," as they enter the senior housing segment.
