Government launches inquiry into recent tiger deaths in Srisailam Reserve

The Andhra Pradesh government started a high-level inquiry into three tiger deaths reported in the Nagarjunasagar Srisailam Tiger Reserve during July. Deputy Conservator of Forests A. Srinivasulu said, "the causes of the deaths were under investigation." A committee will now study these incidents and suggest ways to improve wildlife protection.
