Della bets on 3,600-key hotel pipeline to drive township projects

Della Group plans to build 3,600 hotel keys across township projects to boost real estate value. Founder Jimmy Mistry said, "We are now doing theme-based, hospitality-driven developments which creates value for the traveller and the developer." The firm has signed 12 projects in cities like Pune, Ahmedabad, Nagpur and Raipur.
